GRILLED CHICKEN WINGS
1 kg of chicken wings
300 gm red onion
120 gm garlic
80 gm ginger
60 gm fresh turmeric
6 lemongrass stalks (white tip only)
1 tbsp salt
3 tbsp Gula Melts Coconut Nectar
In a food processor, grind onions, garlic, ginger, turmeric and lemongrass till very fine. If you do not have a food processor, do it the traditional way with mortar and pestle.
Rub salt, Gula Melts Coconut Nectar and the marinade over the chicken wings and leave it to marinate for at least 2 hours
Grill chicken till golden brown and cooked through.
